We understand you cannot try on items before purchasing them online, so if for some reason it doesn’t work for you, the item can be exchanged for a different size or returned for a store credit. All returns/refunds must take place within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you. Items must not be worn or damaged, and must have tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items, swimwear, accessories, makeup, or promotions.

We cannot be responsible for any damages caused to an item by not following washing instructions or the proper removal of hanging tags.
