We understand you cannot try on items before purchasing them online, so if for some reason it doesn’t work for you, the item can be exchanged for a different size or returned for a store credit. All returns/refunds must take place within 14 days from purchase date. Items must not be worn or damaged, and must have tags attached. We do not accept returns on sale items, swimwear, accessories, makeup, or promotions. For all other returns, please email us at returns@heyleeb.com with the following details:

  • Your name, phone number, and order number
  • Name or barcode and size of the item you're returning
  • Why you are returning this garment/s

We cannot be responsible for any damages caused to an item by not following washing instructions or the proper removal of hanging tags. 

**All items over 14 days past purchase date are not eligible for return/exchange.
